First piece: a door-surround pediment with a carved frieze, acanthus consoles and rosettes, from a historic photogrammetric drawing, with maximum detail for foam routing.
Second: an entry monument from a photo, with stone veneer, letters and a medallion. Three sheets for each: dimensions, a visual with a human figure, foundation or mounting.
Ornament once cut by hand had to become geometry a machine can route.
Carving as geometry. The scrolling frieze with a shell, acanthus consoles, rosettes, egg-and-dart and leaf mouldings on the raking cornice are separate meshes over an exact BRep architecture.
Dimensions from a photo. The monument is rebuilt from a photograph: scale comes from a perspective calibration on the logo ellipse, so the sheets say field verify.
406 stones. The monument veneer is made of individual stones in six colours, not a single texture.
Someone else's drawing standard. Sheets in inches, in production-proof format with colour swatches, French-cleat mounting and an ENGINEERING TBD box for the engineer's seal.
Architecture as exact BRep, carving as procedural meshes, sheets generated from the same geometry.

The pediment is routed from 2 lb/cf EPS, carved zones from 15 lb/cf HDU for sharper detail, polyurea hard coat, faux-wood finish. Wall mounting on French cleats, split into five parts P1…P5.
Monument: foam blocks with faux-stone veneer, HDU sign panel, metal letters, embedded posts in the foundation per sheet S-1.
For each piece: a dimensioned production proof, a colour visual with a 6′ human figure and an S-1 foundation or mounting sheet. Plus STEP, CNC-ready STL and DXF.
A historic ornament became a model the machine routes parts from, and the sheets show how to assemble and hang them.
Both pieces follow the fabricator's own standard, so the proofs can go to their client without rework.
